📋 Description

• Ensure applicable freight charges are accurately captured and accounted for on customer sales orders • Review and validate freight-related transactions for accuracy and completeness • Ensure freight invoices are coded to the appropriate General Ledger accounts • Oversee daily review and resolution of the Eclipse Freight Audit Report, including tagged purchase order freight transactions • Monitor freight recovery reporting to ensure freight revenue and recoverable costs are appropriately captured each month

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Effective communication and relationship management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
