📋 Description

• Architect, design, and develop RESTful API endpoints • Collaborate with front-end engineers to build responsive web applications • Define data models and database schemas • Manage relational or NoSQL databases with emphasis on integrity and performance • Direct and govern AI coding agents across the delivery lifecycle • Design and maintain agent workflows using Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and the AI-native development framework • Configure prompt engineering patterns, structured output schemas, rules, and guardrails • Trace, debug, and triage agent tool calls, prompt failures, and unexpected outputs • Document application architecture, design, configuration, and maintenance • Estimate tasks and delivery timelines for sprint planning • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to production issues • Mentor junior engineers and promote AI-native ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience working with medium/large complex code bases • Experience in full-stack development • Experience with Java, Go, or Python • Experience in REST API design and implementation • Highly proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript ecosystem, and TypeScript • Familiarity with React, Angular, Ember, Jest, and Babel • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles • Proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as a primary delivery vehicle • Working knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and structured output patterns • Familiarity with agent development, tool use, function calling, approvals, and workflow chaining • Awareness of secure AI coding practices, prompt injection, sandbox basics, and access control • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, or at least three years of proven experience in lieu of a degree • Database management, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes knowledge • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins • Familiarity with AI-native development frameworks such as BMad Method • Familiarity with MCP, A2A concepts, tool-connection patterns, and agent skill configuration • Knowledge of evaluation basics, test cases, LLM-as-judge concepts, and acceptance criteria for AI-generated output • Experience tracing and debugging prompt chains, tool calls, and agent failures • Understanding of hallucination reduction, prompt caching, and model fallback strategies • Experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum • Honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct
