📋 Description

• Lead the business analysis function for the Portfolio Management team and establish standards, methodologies, governance, templates, and best practices. • Partner with business and technology leaders to identify business needs, process gaps, and operational challenges. • Lead discovery workshops, process mapping sessions, and requirements discussions. • Drive process improvement and workflow redesign using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. • Lead business analysis for complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption. • Partner with architects, developers, product managers, data teams, and technology leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. • Facilitate requirements and solution workshops and develop business analysis artifacts. • Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, validation, and traceability throughout project lifecycles. • Analyze business and operational data, develop business cases, and measure solution effectiveness. • Provide project leadership for small- to medium-sized business analysis and process improvement efforts. • Advise senior executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams on recommendations, tradeoffs, and implementation considerations. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, validate delivered solutions, and ensure expected outcomes are achieved. • Define success measures, evaluate benefits realization, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. • Evaluate automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and emerging technologies for process improvement. • Lead organizational change management activities supporting process and technology adoption. • Support portfolio intake, strategic planning, project prioritization, budgeting, workforce planning, and resource forecasting. • Monitor adherence to business analysis standards and continuously improve methodologies and practices. • Build, mentor, and ultimately lead a growing team of business analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading business analysis efforts for large, cross-functional business and technology initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption. • Proven expertise in business process analysis, process improvement, and workflow redesign using Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable methodologies. • Strong experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements. • Experience partnering with technical teams on technology-enabled solutions, systems integrations, data flows, and enterprise applications. • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting operational data, developing business cases, and making data-driven recommendations. • Strong understanding of project and portfolio management principles and the full solution delivery lifecycle. • Experience facilitating executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional solution discussions. • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading business analysts. • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical, revenue cycle, payer, or corporate business processes preferred. • Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong command of business analysis methodologies, process improvement techniques, and process mapping tools. • Strong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration concepts, data flows, and modern technology delivery practices. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio or comparable process mapping tools. • Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or business intelligence tools is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, process improvement, solution design, or consulting. • PMP, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, PMI-PBA, or similar professional certification preferred.
