📋 Description

• Oversee one customer account and employees engaged in cleaning and maintaining commercial or education buildings • Manage daily operations and ensure company standards and KPIs are met • Develop customer accounts strategically • Ensure budget and financial compliance • Oversee site management project teams and site personnel • Perform administrative tasks and routine facility inspections • Drive site safety policy and follow up on safety requirements and site-specific training • Interview, hire, and train new employees • Resolve employee and customer issues • Purchase, issue, and order supplies and equipment • Ensure equipment remains in good operating condition • Assign worker tasks and inspect completed work against standards • Record employee hours or supervise timekeeping • Perform supervised workers’ duties when needed • Conduct site inspections and send customers updated monthly building-condition reports • Manage employees according to organizational policies and applicable laws

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field, including two years holding a supervisory position directing a multi-functional maintenance staff • Strong mechanical aptitudes and working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly • Familiarity with current health and safety regulations • Strong supervisory skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work well with changing priorities and situations • Self-starter able to work well with people at all levels • Ability to talk, hear, use hands/fingers, and handle tools or controls • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Required close, distance, color, and peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus • Ability to work around infectious waste, diseases, AIDS, and Hepatitis B Virus exposure
