📋 Description

• Lead field-level construction execution across Services projects • Own construction readiness, field team member management, subcontractor coordination, field safety alignment, and execution sequencing • Inspect and monitor work execution for compliance with safety regulations, quality processes and standards, customer requirements, and industry standards • Partner with the Project Manager to develop construction execution plans and timelines aligned with project schedule, scope, and budget • Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel • Collaborate with engineering, customers, sales agents, project management, and internal leadership • Monitor construction-related costs, identify variances, and support corrective actions • Oversee construction execution from mobilization through commissioning and testing • Resolve on-site construction issues, adjust execution plans, and escalate risks • Provide field feedback and reinforce consistent construction execution practices across HV projects • Manage 10+ direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Specialized Degree: Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field of study • 5-7 Years of Experience • Expertise in Construction Management, Field Operations, or Project Management Roles • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, up to 75% of the time • Project Management Methodologies • Ability to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays • Ability to work in extreme heat/cold, at heights/elevated platforms, in confined spaces, and around dust/fumes/gases/chemicals and loud noise • Ability to use required personal protective equipment, including hard hat, safety glasses, safety shoes, safety vest, and radio/walkie
