📋 Description

• Plan and manage projects from initiation through completion • Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements • Coordinate project resources, contract management, and progress reporting • Lead troubleshooting efforts to address project issues • Monitor project performance, evaluate risks and results, and recommend schedule, cost, and resource adjustments • Advise senior leadership on project performance, risks, and opportunities • Manage a cross-functional project team and clarify roles and responsibilities • Define project terms, goals, and deliverables • Coordinate processes and assignments and allocate resources efficiently • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, quality, client, and organizational standards • Establish project management best practices and recommend process improvements • Evaluate project team performance and provide feedback and guidance • Educate and mentor team members • Implement training and development initiatives • Manage staff performance and development • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 5-7 years of experience required • PMP or similar certifications preferred • 8-11 years of experience preferred • Ability to manage cross-functional project teams • Knowledge of project management life cycle, cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, subcontracting, document control, and commissioning • Ability to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards • Ability to manage staff performance and development • Travel requirement of 25% • Ability to work in office, plant/warehouse floor, various shifts, and at heights/elevated platforms • Required equipment includes hard hat, computer/keyboard, safety glasses, safety shoes, and safety vest
