📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of CTM and Non-CTM compliance cases, including intake, investigation, communication, resolution, and formal closure. • Triage and respond to compliance-related emails and inquiries in Intercom, routing them to the correct case type and queue. • Maintain accurate case records, notes, evidence, and follow-up actions in the case management system. • Liaise with agents, agencies, internal teams, and carriers throughout the case process. • Monitor case progress, send reminders, and escalate issues to prevent delays and mitigate compliance risks. • Provide carriers with necessary information and verify completion of all steps before closing cases. • Conduct case audits for documentation accuracy, completeness, and adherence to handling standards. • Coach agents on compliance requirements, documentation standards, best practices, policies, procedures, and corrective actions. • Identify recurring compliance issues and escalate trends to leadership for broader coaching or training. • Assist agents and agencies with carrier compliance audits and carrier portals. • Track coaching participation and completion metrics. • Maintain audit-ready compliance records and prepare basic compliance reporting. • Collaborate on special projects, process improvements, and workflow development or refinement. • Support additional compliance-related requests and adapt processes as Medicare standards change.

🎯 Requirements

• Comfort using Intercom, Excel, Airtable, CRM systems, or case management platforms; training provided • Ability to maintain accurate notes, records, and case information with strong attention to detail • Basic analytical abilities for data reviews, quality assurance activities, and case audits • Ability to learn new technology, systems, and compliance tools quickly • Strong interest in problem-solving and supporting agents through compliance challenges • Willingness to learn and stay current as Medicare regulations and compliance requirements evolve • Clear communication and ability to explain information simply and effectively • Ability to collaborate across Compliance, Sales, Platform, and other internal teams • Adaptability in a fast-paced, continually changing environment • Strong ethics, integrity, and respect for confidentiality • Must work from an approved location within the United States • Employment eligibility verified through E-Verify
