• Build operational infrastructure for product activities • Coordinate cross-functional programs across product, engineering, sales, marketing, implementation, and support • Own end-to-end program plans for new product launches • Align cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of tracks and deliverables • Identify dependencies and blockers early and drive resolution across teams • Distinguish need-to-have from nice-to-have priorities under time pressure • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, communication rhythms, and documentation practices for product releases • Provide structure and oversight to release processes and build guardrails to reduce customer-impacting mistakes • Manage product operations tooling and analytics platforms • Own product metrics frameworks covering adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact • Design and establish an executive-level customer council • Build a recurring cadence and structure for the council to inform product direction • Work with product and engineering organizations to manage releases and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or related roles within B2B/enterprise software companies • Experience owning both a formal process (e.g., release management) and ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with no established playbook • Track record of driving delivery on a brand-new, fast-moving product from early build through customer pilot • Experience coordinating across a large cross-functional group • Ability to influence without direct authority • Comfortable working with AI-powered tools day-to-day • Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies and the full product development lifecycle • Experience defining and tracking product metrics, building dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights • Strong proficiency with modern product management tools and analytics platforms • Excellent executive communication skills • Equivalent experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree
