📋 Description

• Run the daily functions of the People Operations department • Empower employees and facilitate their daily work life • Manage employee lifecycle in the workplace • Plan and facilitate company events for employee engagement • Ensure onboarding process for new hires is smooth and timely • Conduct employee engagement and pulse surveys • Manage internal communications and announcements • Track performance reviews and facilitate Learning & Development programs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a People Operations, HR, or Administrative role • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and MS Office applications • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Close attention to detail and strong time management skills • Highly creative with a proactive, high-agency mindset • Flexibility to manage your own time based on output and deliverables
