📋 Description

• Manage and maintain functional configuration of People Technology systems, including Workday HCM applications • Provide consultative guidance on configuration and ongoing support for global Core HR processes • Consult with HR functional leaders and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement technology solutions • Support HR system upgrades and enhancements, including prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design • Provide technical support for functional HR application issues • Establish and maintain HR systems documentation and standard operating procedures • Support HR Technology projects through planning, scheduling, configuration, testing, training, and change management • Complete special projects and other assigned duties independently

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of previous HR Tech/HRIS experience is required • 3+ years of Workday production environment experience including Core HCM and other modules • Experience working in a live Workday production environment is essential • Strong knowledge of Workday configuration of Core HCM • Experience in other modules, particularly Absence and Time Tracking, is preferred • Comfortable processing large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy • Strong project management capability and personal organisation skills • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Managing union populations in Workday is preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
