📋 Description

• Serve as the expert voice over the phone to help customers identify, evaluate, and purchase aftermarket automotive products. • Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions, explain product benefits, and guide customers toward confident buying decisions. • Provide technical support and product recommendations via email and other applications. • Make independent decisions regarding proper product application. • Maintain extensive working knowledge of aftermarket automotive technology for Race Cars, Hot Rods, and Muscle Cars. • Serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams, including sales and customer support staff. • Assist product and e-commerce teams in developing and updating website content. • Collaborate with internal teams to support product visibility, customer engagement, and sales success. • Contribute to training materials for technicians and sales staff. • Participate in producing technical content, including videos, technical articles, instruction sheets, and product reviews. • Attend industry trade shows and events as an ambassador for Speedway Motors. • Improve processes, suggest productivity improvements, and optimize employee workflow. • Maintain reliable and punctual attendance and follow through on assigned responsibilities. • Seek continuous improvement and professional growth. • Adapt to changing priorities and perform other duties as assigned. • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for muscle cars, hot rods, and performance vehicles. • Excellent communication skills for supporting and advising customers remotely. • Strong computer skills. • Typing speed of 30 wpm. • Experience with web navigation, search engines, Outlook, and essential computer programs. • Dependable attendance and punctuality. • Comfort blending technical expertise with a sales component. • Ability to guide customer conversations and recommend appropriate products. • Customer-focused ability to identify needs and recommend products aligned with customer goals, budget, and vision. • Ability to diagnose and solve technical challenges. • Extensive working knowledge of aftermarket automotive technology related to building, tuning, and maintaining race cars, hot rods, or muscle cars. • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Central Time. • Ability to work remotely from Nebraska, Arizona, West Virginia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while viewing multiple computer monitors. • Ability to rarely lift and carry less than 25 lbs. and rarely push/pull up to 50 lbs. • Ability to perform frequent pinching, grasping, and fine finger manipulation for computer and phone use.
