📋 Description
• Responsible for all incoming calls into the facility and directing them to the appropriate personnel • Scheduling and maintaining appointments and clinic schedules • Provide accurate and appropriate information to authorized individuals in a timely and efficient manner • Work with outside physician offices in scheduling their referred patients • Maintain appropriate documentation and customer service standards
🎯 Requirements
• High School graduate or equivalent • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent time management • Excellent organizational ability • Possess the ability to plan and execute work projects • Possess the ability to work productively, either independently or with other individuals • Proficient in communicating in the English language both written and verbally.
