📋 Description

• Handle general administrative and logistical tasks as needed • Conserve the executive’s time by researching, collecting, analyzing, and sharing information • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents • Write and/or edit business documents • Manage the schedule and communications of key executives • Manage time-sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent • Experience supporting C-Level executives • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills • Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings • Strong ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
