📋 Description

• Build and ship complete features across React frontend and Django backend • Develop responsive web applications using React and Material UI • Design backend services and APIs using Python and Django, including DRF or similar frameworks • Create clean, responsive React UIs connected to company services • Implement algorithmic and AI logic, including scoring, ranking, and decision rules, and surface it in the UI • Write pragmatic, production-ready code that ships quickly and iterates easily • Own features end-to-end, from data model design and API development to UI implementation • Work with a small distributed team across several countries, shipping quickly and iterating based on feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React and Material UI • Comfortable designing and building RESTful APIs; DRF or similar frameworks is a bonus • Experience with non-trivial business logic or algorithms, such as decision flows, scoring rules, or optimization logic • Understanding of query behavior, performance pitfalls, and caching • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly • Comfortable coding with AI assistants such as Claude Code and Cursor • Experience shipping complete products in startups, side projects, or hackathons • Background in algorithms or data-heavy systems • Experience with GCP, Redis, or Docker/Kubernetes • Familiarity with React Native • Resume submission required to start the assessment process
