📋 Description

• Provide clients with the highest level of accounting support • Exhibit an extensive understanding of accounting practices • Direct accounting functions, including payroll, accounts receivable/collections, expense processing, taxes, and revenue recognition and reporting • Manage client communication and identify opportunities to improve clients’ bottom line • Direct internal accounting programs and procedures and maintain relationships with outside partners and vendors • Provide ongoing financial analysis to company leaders to support business decisions • Ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements • Collaborate with the Accounting Operations team on technical accounting challenges • Evaluate clients’ business models and plan for the future • Streamline processes and develop accounting and system technical skills • Broaden financial planning and analysis skills by partnering with Finance Managers and CFO team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 10+ years of accounting experience • Strong understanding of US GAAP • Ability to oversee and review corporate accounting functions • Complex financial modeling • Solid understanding of accounting compliance requirements and experience implementing and managing accounting policies • Highly proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Data Tables, formulas, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, and XIRR • Process and detail-oriented • Desire to learn new technologies/methods • Eager to follow established practices and help improve them • Experience in a remote environment is a plus • Clear and concise written and verbal communication • Unwavering commitment to confidentiality • Dedicated workspace • Access to reliable and secure, high-speed internet • Embrace Core Values
