• Lead sales at the territory level and serve as the primary liaison between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics • Deliver revenue goals by executing brand objectives through approved clinical information, account planning, and commercial team collaboration • Appropriately promote rare disease products in accordance with company and industry guidelines • Maintain expert knowledge of company policies, compliance, and business conduct requirements • Ensure compliance with company, industry, and government laws and regulations • Own overall territory revenue and customer support • Identify customer needs and provide solutions in live and virtual settings across community and academic environments • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and major cancer centers • Develop deep market, customer, product, and competitive insights and adapt to changing healthcare dynamics • Complete ongoing training and development in product knowledge, selling skills, planning, analysis, marketing tools, clinical information, and sales competencies • Identify and implement ways to prioritize patients and customers and improve medicine delivery • Review data, understand trends, prepare and communicate plans, and use digital platforms and omnichannel strategies • Participate in field coaching sessions focused on account-plan execution and competency development • Coordinate communication and tactical activities with field and headquarters colleagues • Support local and area key opinion leaders
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • 7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience required • 5+ years of proven rare disease sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with successful results • Neurology experience with pediatric and adult populations • Oncology experience • Experience selling in a competitive market • Experience with rare disease sales • Experience with virtual selling and a track record of embracing technology • In-depth understanding of neurology/oncology landscapes and market dynamics highly desirable • Strong expertise in reimbursement and managed care • High integrity and exceptional work ethic • Strong organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Collaborative, curious, and team-oriented approach • Ability to embody SpringWorks Therapeutics’ values • Valid and active driver’s license • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time • Must live within the identified territory
