Sprinter Health is a hybrid in-home and virtual primary care provider that expands access to proactive, preventive healthcare by combining community-based, W-2 “Sprinters” (trained phlebotomists with medical assistant and community health worker skills) who perform hands-on diagnostics and wellness checks in patients’ homes with a virtual clinical team of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and care navigators. Their full-stack platform and operations close care gaps, deliver preventive screenings and diagnostics, coordinate medications and referrals, and scale longitudinal primary care and wellness visits for payer and provider partners and patients.

📋 Description

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for NPs and Sprinters on timesheet, mileage, and documentation questions • Follow up on timesheet submissions, PTO entries and approval, and sick time before payroll close • Validate weekly mileage and hours submissions according to policy and protocols • Review and abstract supporting documentation for mileage and time submissions • Approve expenses within set parameters • Pull data and track peer audits and bonus incentives • Deliver weekly exception reports to managers with full documentation • Maintain clinical employee attendance, call-off, and workforce planning trackers • Track training completion and annual compliance for clinical teams • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports • Support workforce logistical planning • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and workforce metrics • Manage administrative escalation trackers and follow up on open items • Route non-clinical operational issues to appropriate teams • Maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation • Track project milestones and action items and support new workflow launches • Participate in internal audits, identify documentation gaps, and recommend process improvements • Flag recurring workflow issues and propose fixes • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in an operations, coordination, or administrative support role • Experience managing multiple workflows, trackers, or reports simultaneously • 2+ years of demonstrated success identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows and improve operational success • Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal day-to-day direction • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Proficient in EHR systems and Google tools • Reliable internet connection and dedicated, secure workspace • Available to work CST hours • Preferred: experience in healthcare operations, medical group administration, or home health/home care • Preferred: familiarity with multi-state payroll or leave compliance • Preferred: experience supporting a distributed or regional field team • Preferred: prior use of Rippling or a similar HRIS platform
