📋 Description

• Lead tailored, value-driven customer implementation experiences across Sprout’s Core Platform, Employee Advocacy, and Influencer Marketing products • Guide customers through Design, Setup, Training, and Validation implementation phases • Lead onboarding, change management, and technical platform configuration • Establish project governance, ensure business continuity, and support long-term customer success • Support technical implementation projects such as Service Cloud integrations • Partner with Customer Success Managers on post-implementation handoffs • Configure account architecture, user permissions, tagging taxonomies, and automated message routing rules • Use Kantata, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and approved AI tools to manage timelines and deliverables • Deliver administrator and end-user product training • Standardize templates, workflows, and enablement materials • Maintain compliance with project management, schedule management, and time-tracking processes • Lead services projects independently and communicate results and deliverables to customers • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in social media strategy, professional services, software implementation, or project management in SaaS • Experience training external audiences and navigating complex software platforms • Deep understanding of software implementation processes and change management • Understanding how project execution ties directly to customer value • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Understanding of social media strategy for large organizations • Understanding of influencer marketing and social customer care • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated executive presence to consult with team leads, VPs, and CMOs
