📋 Description

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for Enterprise Sales, Commercial Sales, and Sales Development • Flex across Customer Success, Marketing, People, Legal, and Finance recruiting as business needs shift • Own full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise Sales roles and develop recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals • Manage a high-volume requisition load and conduct efficient, high-quality phone screens • Proactively source and attract sales and GTM talent through strategic outreach and creative sourcing techniques • Partner with hiring managers and leadership on talent strategy, market dynamics, and recruiting approach • Manage stakeholders and resolve challenges with candidates and hiring teams • Drive offer acceptance through personalized closing strategies and proactive objection handling • Analyze recruiting metrics and talent market data to inform decisions and improve recruiting effectiveness • Collaborate with TA Operations and TA Leadership on process improvements • Champion DEI through talent mapping, outreach, and inclusive hiring practices • Maintain data integrity in talent acquisition tools and systems • Use AI-powered tools to improve sourcing, screening, communication, and workflow efficiency • Partner with TA Leadership on strategic, cross-functional initiatives • Build candidate pipelines, provide hiring metrics and conversion updates, coach hiring managers, and drive recruiting projects

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments • Demonstrated success recruiting and filling Enterprise Sales roles • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious hiring and sourcing goals • Experience recruiting across multiple levels, from entry-level to leadership • Experience managing high-volume requisition loads within the tech/SaaS industry • Ability to manage workflow independently with limited supervision and prioritize across varied roles and shifting business needs • Preferred: experience recruiting across multiple GTM and G&A functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance • Preferred: understanding of GTM talent markets and sales/success hiring practices • Preferred: experience leveraging recruiting expertise and business acumen to improve talent acquisition processes • Preferred: experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI recruiting tools • Preferred: outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in an eligible U.S. state; Sprout is not set up in all states • English proficiency implied by the English-language role, but no language requirement is explicitly stated
