📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for a complex AWS cloud data transformation across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups • Manage program planning, execution, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and executive reporting • Coordinate delivery across data engineering, architecture, platform, governance, analytics, business, and vendor teams • Partner with technical leads to align legacy platforms, cloud services, data pipelines, governance tools, and reporting needs • Run program ceremonies, delivery tracking, escalations, and governance within a SAFe Agile environment using JIRA • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews with distributed teams and senior leaders • Ensure delivery meets expectations for financial services or other highly regulated environments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong program management experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology programs • Demonstrated experience with cloud data initiatives, including data lakes, data warehouses, data migration, modernization, and enterprise data platform delivery • Working knowledge of AWS cloud data services such as Redshift, EMR, S3, Glue, and SageMaker • Familiarity with Cloudera/Hadoop, Spark, Oracle, SAS, ETL platforms, and Collibra • Experience in Agile delivery environments, preferably Scaled Agile Framework, with hands-on JIRA use • Ability to manage complexity across multiple workstreams, dependencies, teams, vendors, and stakeholders • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills • Prior experience in financial services preferred • Experience in highly regulated environments with governance, controls, compliance, and audit expectations preferred • Experience leading data platform modernization or migration programs from on-premises environments to AWS preferred • Understanding of enterprise data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality practices preferred

🏖️ Benefits

• 12-month initial contract with potential to extend to 18+ months • Contract engagement available as C2C or W-2 hourly • 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday • Primarily remote work model • Travel as needed for client meetings, workshops, and planning sessions
