📋 Description

• Design enterprise and AI-ready data architectures for large-scale analytics environments • Develop unified schemas, metadata standards, governed data models, and scalable data structures • Architect Databricks environments using Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Lakehouse architecture, and ETL/ELT pipelines • Design cloud-native AWS architectures using services including S3, IAM, KMS, Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, RDS, or Aurora • Implement data governance practices covering lineage, metadata, semantic models, ontologies, compliance, and data quality • Support streaming data ingestion, microservices integration, and API-based data exchange • Support Federal data modernization or transformation programs

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data engineering, or advanced database design supporting large-scale analytics environments • Proven experience designing AI-ready data architectures, including unified schemas, metadata standards, governed data models, and scalable data structures • Hands-on experience with Databricks architecture, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Lakehouse architecture, and ETL/ELT pipelines • Strong experience designing cloud-native AWS architectures using services such as S3, IAM, KMS, Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, RDS, or Aurora • Demonstrated experience implementing data governance, including data lineage, metadata standardization, semantic models, ontologies, compliance, and data-quality practices • Experience supporting streaming data ingestion, microservices integration, and API-based data exchange • Experience working in Agile environments, preferably within Federal Government or large enterprise organizations • Possession of both required certifications, with the ability to provide valid certification documentation upon request • Prior experience supporting Federal data modernization or transformation programs
