📋 Description

• Operate our proprietary internet-based performance reporting application to assist in the onboarding process for clients • Efficiently manage their day based on incoming requests from various clients and teams • Communicate with clients in a proactive & professional manner • Identify potential problems and troubleshoot to resolve issues • Decipher, process and follow through on client requests • Spend time understanding our onboarding process • Are willing to help clients and teammates • Willing to learn continually to develop a deep understanding of our Wealth Platform • Demonstrate an understanding of our best practices • Have the ability to empathize and connect with teammates • Are approachable and display selfless attitude towards others • Give back to the community by participating in various philanthropic opportunities • Celebrate with our Product & Development teams as they unveil updates to our platform • Are adaptive and flexible when helping develop solutions for clients • Not afraid to ask why and continue to learn • Show strong desire to work with others to solve internal issues and client problems • Care about the success of teammates and help inspire and empower creative solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; efficiency in Excel is a MUST • Solution-oriented and analytical mindset • Strong communication & organizational skills • Working towards or have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution (Business/Finance/Information Systems Majors preferred)
