📋 Description
• Provide BPO client services and SaaS deployments, including onboarding companies, properties, units, and tenants • Manage and provide strategic guidance on full life-cycle implementations • Prepare consolidated financial reporting packages • Perform bank reconciliations • Track and report fixed assets • Manage leases • Process accounts payable utilizing a third-party processor • Document operational processes • Utilize F-9 Cumulus Report Writer
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience with SKYLINE, Yardi, or MRI Property Management Software • Experience as a Property Accountant in commercial and residential properties • Three years of Property Accounting experience • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles
