📋 Description

• Analyze accounts receivable, denial, and claims data • Develop and maintain dashboards with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting • Identify trends, interpret data, use benchmark data, and create data visualizations • Provide actionable insights supporting Hospital Billing and Professional Billing operations • Collaborate with decision makers to solve business and operational problems • Develop specifications for analytic and reporting needs for projects and ad hoc requests • Gather data using databases and query tools • Define customer requirements to meet reporting and analysis specifications • Ensure data integrity and quality • Work with technical and build teams to establish operational reports and dashboards • Partner with customers, peers, and cross-functional teams to discover needs and offer solutions • Evaluate, analyze, and develop reporting and analytical tools • Present department and division performance information in clear, concise, and useful formats • Support operational reporting, business process redesign, and process improvement initiatives with data insights • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Three years’ experience • Deep technical knowledge and thorough understanding of business operations • Ability to work independently with complex data under minimal supervision in highly complex situations • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0–50 lbs., with rare climbing • No professional license or certification required
