📋 Description

• Configure, implement, support, and maintain applications and technical integrations, specifically SAP ECC 6.0 and Business Warehouse • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex SAP ERP application issues • Provide end-user support for SAP ERP • Monitor SAP ERP applications for issues related to maintenance, upgrades, and implementations • Assist with business operational process design, reengineering, and documentation for new technology • Serve as a resource for less-experienced SAP ERP colleagues • Lead small projects with manageable risk and resource requirements • Solve complex problems and develop solutions from analysis of multiple information sources • Coordinate with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users, and vendors • Interact with customers to help drive solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education • Three years’ experience • SAP ERP (ECC 6.0 and Business Warehouse) knowledge • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex SAP application issues • Ability to support end users • Knowledge of application maintenance, upgrades, and implementations • Knowledge of business operational process design, reengineering, and documentation • Ability to solve complex problems and analyze multiple sources of information • Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Ability to interact meaningfully with customers to drive solutions • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • No professional license or certification required
