📋 Description

• Collect data directly from patients and referring provider offices • Confirm and create scheduled appointments for patient services • Coordinate scheduling and referrals to healthcare providers and services • Obtain approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate • Maintain and update provider contact information • Enter medical appointments, special instructions, and patient information into the electronic medical system • Follow site-specific protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation for compliance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience • No experience required • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to collect patient and referring provider office data • Required professional licenses/certifications: None • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally • Ability to work the specified 32-hour daytime schedule
