📋 Description

• Create and coordinate clinical and frontline staff schedules using a web-based scheduling program based on patient census and staffing needs • Create and publish schedules according to established policies, procedures, and timelines • Manage time-off requests and float coverage, including approving, denying, or waitlisting requests with Manager approval • Manage vacant duties by viewing and assigning open shifts • Assist the Manager in monitoring staff allowable time-off balances • Use automated technology to facilitate scheduling and improve efficiency while maintaining customer satisfaction • Manage schedule completeness and timely communication to ensure staff and manager compliance • Manage and approve clinician schedule-change requests affecting patient visits within department guidelines • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience • One year of experience • Proficiency with QGenda, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to work three 12-hour shifts from 7:00am–7:30pm, every third weekend, and holiday rotation • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 0–25 lbs frequently and 25–50 lbs occasionally • Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements frequently • Ability to use vision and depth perception for near and far distances and distinguish colors • Ability to hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery and communicate orally • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and grip occasionally • Ability to climb rarely • No required professional license or certification
