📋 Description

• Guide and perform complex analyses supporting Revenue Cycle departments • Develop ad hoc reports, automated reports, and dashboards using structured and unstructured data • Leverage the Clarity data model and other data warehouses and marts to provide business insights • Provide feedback on data models and ongoing warehouse and mart design to ensure data accuracy and availability • Interpret data models and business requirements with peers and participate in sprint-based work • Write, update, and enhance highly optimized SQL queries across large datasets • Engage operational leaders to understand needs and recommend business intelligence solutions • Define data elements and structures with Revenue Cycle and care transformation operations • Develop routine and ad hoc reports and determine reporting requirements with stakeholders • Complete analyses, reviews, and improvement projects supporting organizational goals • Support development and distribution of dashboards and key performance metrics • Research entity business flow to facilitate application reporting and user support • Promote data integrity and standardization • Participate in functional quality team meetings and committee work • Provide analytical support and consulting to data application users • Support and help manage external resources and collaborative efforts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of six years of relevant experience • Strong Revenue Cycle knowledge • Experience may include a combination of Revenue Cycle and SQL-related roles • Bachelor’s degree • Complex SQL query development and optimization • Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and data marts • Knowledge of structured and unstructured data stores • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics • Candidates must reside in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Required professional license and/or certifications: None
