📋 Description

• Translate prioritized product vision into working software • Own the backlog, sprint, release, and production health of Applied AI products • Translate strategic direction into actionable work plans and user stories • Elicit implementation requirements from engineers, data scientists, and business partners • Lead scrum ceremonies and keep the pod aligned • Guide the team through PI planning by defining work packages and sequencing • Set interim sprint goals and drive thorough completion • Own release coordination and communication • Monitor production system health against uptime expectations • Assist with testing and coordinate with dependent teams during each sprint • Apply AI tooling from requirements capture through story generation and test coverage • Communicate intent through coded prototypes or pull requests when appropriate • Partner with the AI Product Manager on product execution • Support responsible and ethical AI solutions transforming business processes and customer experiences

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • 5+ years of professional technology and business analysis experience • Experience in team-oriented roles requiring collaboration • Agile/Scrum experience, including hands-on ownership of a backlog, sprint cadence, and release process • Understanding of high-level requirements for cloud-based software applications preferred • Understanding of traditional AI/ML modeling techniques and generative AI systems preferred • Proven success delivering technical products combining AI methods and tools such as ML, DL, optimization, RPA, OCR, generative AI, and classification highly preferred • Enterprise-level AI development experience preferred • Technical fluency to read a pull request, build a prototype, and hold design conversations with engineers preferred • Experience supporting production software, including incident response and uptime monitoring, preferred • Underwriting or claims experience preferred • Financial or insurance industry experience preferred • Ability to translate technical, data science, and business perspectives for non-technical audiences • Ability to coordinate work across teams not directly managed • Clear communication of release plans, timing, and progress to stakeholders, IT leaders, and internal teams • Proficiency in Jira, Miro, Databricks, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint preferred • Experience with a global capability center or equivalent offshore organization preferred • Experience with dual-track discovery delivery method preferred • Ability to pass criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
