📋 Description

• Establish partnerships with business leaders across the enterprise • Refine and apply The Standard’s customized people-centered change management methodology • Demonstrate the value of change management capabilities during significant process, technology, organizational structure, and product changes • Define and grow the discipline of change management across the company • Lead consistent change strategy design and execution • Collaborate with leaders and partners to ensure successful change sponsorship • Facilitate the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables • Model change management behavior and engage in peer learning and coaching • Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders • Provide guidance when strategizing • Expand and fortify the change management methodology • Serve as a credible resource for change management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 7–10 years of experience delivering end-to-end change management leveraging known/established methodologies • CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci, or ADKAR certification required • Consulting capabilities preferred • Agile and Lean experience preferred • Actuary experience preferred • Industry experience preferred • Ability to establish partnerships with business leaders across the enterprise • Ability to lead change strategy design and execution using structured methodologies • Criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification required as a condition of employment • Must be bondable
