📋 Description

• Partner with the Sales team and business leaders to drive commercial strategy • Process and reconcile customer chargeback disputes • Maintain documentation and update revenue reports for customer chargebacks • Partner with Sales and Finance to submit customer tariff claims • Provide reporting and data management support for the Fastener Sales Team • Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Program Management on critical commercial tasks and process improvement projects • Support requests in Smartsheet

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Sales • Minimum of 1 year of Finance or Business Analyst experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Strong verbal and written skills • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs • Curiosity and analytical ability • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc.)
