📋 Description

• Define and lead the technology roadmap for Payroll and Time & Attendance capabilities • Serve as the senior IT leader for Payroll and Workforce Management solutions • Lead and develop a global and regional team of IT professionals • Establish governance, standards, and operating models for enhancements, releases, integrations, vendor management, and service delivery • Oversee lifecycle management, implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process transformation initiatives • Improve time capture, attendance tracking, payroll accuracy, and workforce data flow • Ensure integration between Workday, UKG, ADP, ERP, connected systems, and reporting tools • Drive standardization of global processes while supporting plant-, country-, and region-specific requirements • Support manufacturing workforce needs and minimize payroll and timekeeping disruptions • Own production support and operational stability for payroll and time-related applications • Establish and monitor service levels, incident response, problem management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement • Resolve issues affecting employee pay, time capture, attendance exceptions, interfaces, and downstream reporting • Oversee system health, interface monitoring, batch processing, reconciliations, and data quality controls • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, payroll tax and reporting requirements, labor regulations, collective bargaining considerations, and data privacy obligations • Maintain controls over payroll and employee data, including access management, segregation of duties, audit logging, change control, and data retention • Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Cybersecurity teams on audits and control environments • Identify and mitigate operational, technology, compliance, and vendor risks • Provide leadership on solution architecture and integration design • Drive automation, simplification, and process harmonization • Improve labor, attendance, payroll accuracy, and workforce trend reporting and analytics • Evaluate vendor capabilities and recommend enhancements for scalability, compliance, and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field • 12+ years of experience in IT • At least 8+ years of direct experience supporting and delivering Payroll, Time & Attendance, workforce management, and related HR technology capabilities • 5+ years of people management experience leading employees, including direct management of analysts, architects, or application support professionals • Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations with large hourly employee populations • Hands-on leadership experience with UKG Workforce Manager and ADP Payroll platforms • Strong understanding of integrations across HCM, timekeeping, payroll, ERP, identity, and reporting ecosystems • Experience leading large-scale implementations, upgrades, and support models in complex operational environments • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, labor rules, and compliance requirements • Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, project portfolios, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships • Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills • Knowledge of SOX controls, audit requirements, and data privacy regulations • Experience with middleware, APIs, and enterprise integration platforms • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc.)
