📋 Description

• Connect with people interested in wellness, personal and professional growth • Share structured online learning programmes and resources • Use digital tools to follow up and track outcomes in the CRM • Work independently with onboarding and ongoing support • Create consistent results through focus, clarity and purposeful action • Introduce people to personal development programmes and support them in achieving meaningful results

🎯 Requirements

• Background in wellness coaching, yoga/Pilates, nutrition, fitness, counselling, occupational health, L&D or client services • Clear communicator confident with Zoom/Teams, diary management and CRM • Self directed and organised • Must not require visa sponsorship • Must not be studying full time • Comfortable with outcome-based work rather than fixed hourly employment
