📋 Description

• Make outbound and take inbound calls to collect payment for medical and non-medical accounts • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls in a timely and professional manner to perform collections activity • Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results • Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws • Work scheduled shifts, including one evening shift, one monthly Friday closing shift, and one Saturday shift per month

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience working in a Collections, Call Center or Customer Service function where contact with the public was a part of daily duties • Ability to enter and update data on company and/or client systems in an accurate, timely manner • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Strong organization skills • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously • Focus upon customer service and deliverables • Flexibility in scheduling and assignments, including regular evening and Saturday work as business requires • Ability to work successfully and cooperatively within a team-based environment • Broadband internet connection; no DSL or dial-up • Hard-wired internet connection required; no Wi-Fi or hotspots • Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Camera required from start of training through end of each scheduled shift, excluding designated breaks and lunch; after training, as directed by supervisor or team expectations • Remote workers must be based in the United States and reside in AZ, NV, ID, MT, OH, TX, OK, KS, LA, AR, MO, IL, IA, MN, WI, MI, IN, KY, TN, PA, MS, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC, MD, or NM • Successful completion of all post-offer processing required
