📋 Description

• Make outbound and take inbound calls to collect payment for medical and non-medical accounts • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls in a timely and professional manner • Perform collections activity • Use negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results • Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA and other applicable laws • Work scheduled daytime, evening, closing, and Saturday shifts as required

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience working in a Collections, Call Center or Customer Service function where contact with the public was a part of daily duties • Ability to enter and update data on company and/or client systems in an accurate, timely manner • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Strong organization skills • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously • Focus upon customer service and deliverables • Flexibility in scheduling and assignments, including regular evening and Saturday work as business requires • Ability to work successfully and cooperatively within a team-based environment • Broadband internet connection; no DSL or dial-up • Hard-wired internet connection required; no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots • Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Camera must remain on from the start of training through the end of each scheduled shift, excluding designated breaks and lunch periods • After training, camera use required as directed by supervisor or based on team expectations • Remote workers must be based in the United States and reside in one of the listed eligible states • Successful completion of all post-offer processing
