• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and complex panel interviews • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, responsive, and professional experience throughout the process • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep requisitions, pipelines, and interview feedback organized and on track • Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience • Coordinate candidate travel and expenses
• 3+ years scheduling or coordination experience in a fast-paced startup environment • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks • Adaptable and able to shift gears at a moment's notice • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Interested to grow your career in recruiting • Familiarity with Greenhouse • An enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality — you act as an owner and move with urgency
