📋 Description

• Collect, maintain, and analyze data to support evaluation, assessment, and strategic planning • Drive data-informed decision-making and develop streamlined, automated, value-based business tools • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and semantic models • Identify data patterns and trends and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions • Solve complex problems and develop non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking • Automate manual reporting processes, including use of approved AI technologies • Analyze business processes, systems, and their interrelationships • Recommend process and service improvements based on data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance • Design and support ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation workflows • Deliver user training and present analytical insights to technical and non-technical business audiences • Lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Work independently and perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Strong technical expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service • SQL and data modeling expertise • Advanced DAX, Power Inquiry, M Language, and analytics solution development • Database skills, including writing complex queries, data manipulation, and query optimization • Experience developing and supporting end-to-end analytics solutions from source systems to executive dashboards • Experience with relational databases and dimensional data modeling • Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data pipeline concepts • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to deliver user training and present analytical insights to business audiences
