📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and semantic models • Identify data patterns and trends to architect and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions • Solve complex problems and develop non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking • Automate manual reporting processes, including leveraging approved AI technologies • Interpret internal and external business environments and relationships between business processes and systems • Recommend best practices based on data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities • Design and support ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation workflows • Deliver user training and present analytical insights to business audiences • Communicate difficult concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Work independently and perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Strong technical expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service, SQL, and data modeling • Advanced DAX, Power Inquiry, M Language, and analytics solution development • Database skills, including writing complex queries, data manipulation, and query optimization • Experience developing and supporting end-to-end analytics solutions from source systems to executive dashboards • Experience with relational databases and dimensional data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data pipeline concepts • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
