📋 Description

• Provide nationwide title services • Support real estate transactions by searching public records and examining property titles • Compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records to determine title liabilities, legal condition, and insurability • Prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments according to company examining and policy procedures • Follow standard procedures and guidelines • Understand how assigned duties relate to teammates and how the team integrates with related teams • Support the team through the quality of work provided • Recognize and solve typical problems using established solutions • Communicate moderately complex information in routine situations within the team • Work under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach • Manage own workload and perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience • Ability to search, compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records • Knowledge of title commitments, company examining procedures, and policy procedures • Ability to determine liabilities, legal condition of title, and insurability of primarily commercial or industrial property title • Ability to follow standard procedures and guidelines • Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established options • Ability to communicate moderately complex information in routine situations • Ability to work under general supervision and manage own workload • Individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities
