📋 Description

• Process policy packages to determine whether requirements have been met to produce requested policies or endorsements • Perform centralized clerical processing of policies, including typing policies and reviewing them for compliance and claim prevention • Deliver policies to customers and transmit them to underwriters • Provide support for departmental processes • Follow defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities • Address internal and external clients and team members • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 0–2 years of related work experience • Basic communication skills • Ability to follow clearly defined procedures • Ability to use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems • Ability to process policy packages and review policies for compliance and claim prevention
