• Answer inbound donor calls • Follow campaign scripts and procedures • Enter pledge and donation information accurately • Confirm donor and transaction details • Navigate computer systems while speaking with callers • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality • Follow quality and compliance standards • Meet attendance and performance expectations • Support established nonprofit fundraising campaigns • Process pledges or contributions from donors who call voluntarily

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • At least 6 months of remote customer-service experience or 1 year of onsite customer-service experience • Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills • Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills • Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking • Professional and dependable work habits • Quiet, dedicated home workspace • Required certification must be completed before servicing • Windows 11 computer • Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended • USB noise-canceling headset • Wired high-speed internet with direct Ethernet connection • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted • Eligibility may depend on experience, location, equipment, background requirements, and certification results
