📋 Description

• Communicate with all parties involved in settlement throughout the closing process • Enter all transaction details into the proprietary system • Collect documentation to clear title conditions • Coordinate closing scheduling and collect documentation and information needed for closing • Accurately prepare the Closing Disclosure in accordance with closing instructions, Title Commitment, and invoices • Print and prepare all documents needed for closing • Create a positive image of the company through professional appearance, actions, and conduct • Establish professional working rapport with clients and new relationships • Maintain high quality and productivity standards • Meet team metrics • Support the closing team with preparation of the closing disclosure and documents needed before and after settlement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience with processing real estate transactions or one-year closing experience strongly preferred • Microsoft Suite proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) • Ability to handle multiple tasks while managing a full pipeline of files in a fast paced, high volume work environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail oriented with proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry • Willingness to work 8:30 am–5:00 pm or 9:30 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday • Mandatory overtime if required and Saturdays if needed • Flexibility with shifts as client dictates
