📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, monitor, and report on organizational financial matters • Manage and ensure compliance with financial policies, professional standards, and applicable laws • Perform revenue accounting functions related to posting payments received • Contact delinquent customers by phone to secure payment • Assist with printing and mailing statements • Review account histories with customers • Post payments and manage adjustments for efficiency, timeliness, accuracy, control, and accountability • Perform monthly account reconciliations and journal entries related to revenue accounting and accounts receivable • Perform support functions for departmental processes • Complete daily tasks and responsibilities according to defined procedures • Address internal and external clients and team members • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 0–2 years of related work experience • Basic communication skills • Ability to follow clearly defined procedures • Ability to use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems • Ability to perform revenue accounting, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and payment posting functions
