📋 Description
• Analyze and approve title policy exceptions, endorsements, and coverage requests • Identify risk trends and support process improvements to reduce claims exposure • Interpret title searches/exams, commitments, legal descriptions • Acts as a resource for colleagues and provides guidance
🎯 Requirements
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience • Strong working knowledge of Texas real property concepts • Excellent communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
