📋 Description

• Lead the design, delivery, success measures, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs • Translate organizational learning priorities into program plans, experiences, and resources, including AI capability building and upskilling • Partner with Talent Management, Leader Success, HRIS, Shared Services, DEI, HRBPs, and business leaders to identify learning needs and deliver scalable solutions • Manage cross-functional dependencies, timelines, and communications for successful program delivery • Own and evolve new-hire orientation and immersion programs • Use data and stakeholder feedback to improve learning experiences and operating processes • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and learning technologies to scale program delivery • Oversee learning platforms, tools, and systems • Manage learning vendors and external partners • Establish and maintain scalable processes, reporting, and program documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related People & Culture functions, with demonstrated ownership of employee learning programs • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and effective learning delivery approaches • Experience managing enterprise learning programs, onboarding initiatives, and learning technologies • Strong program and project management capabilities, including managing multiple priorities and cross-functional dependencies • Experience using learning data, feedback, and performance measures to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements • Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable, employee-centered learning solutions • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Comfort navigating ambiguity, identifying improvement opportunities, and independently managing program-level decisions • Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve employee learning and talent development
