📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for Board of Directors meetings, investor materials, executive reviews, and leadership meetings • Own the underlying data and analysis behind key company metrics • Partner with Strategy and Finance to prepare recurring reporting and investor materials • Translate complex business performance into clear, executive-ready insights and visualizations • Investigate performance changes and identify key drivers • Build recurring reporting around revenue, margin, EBITDA, operating expenses, headcount, sales, customer performance, and other key business metrics • Support actuals vs. budget vs. forecast reporting • Partner with Finance to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial statements and company planning • Automate manual reporting and reduce reliance on spreadsheets and one-off analyses • Build and own executive dashboards showing company performance • Develop dashboards and reporting for Sales, Operations, CX, Finance, and People leadership meetings • Establish consistent KPI definitions and a single source of truth for critical business metrics • Improve how leaders access and consume data across the organization • Pull, analyze, and reconcile data across multiple systems and data sources • Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them • Turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations • Build repeatable processes and automated reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, strategic finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills • Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a similar BI platform • Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics • Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy • Ability to work independently and take an ambiguous question from idea → analysis → executive-ready output • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with data warehouses and modern data stacks is advantageous • Python or other analytical programming experience is advantageous • Experience supporting a CEO, CFO, Strategy team, or executive leadership team is advantageous • Experience with Board or investor reporting is advantageous • Experience in FP&A or financial reporting is advantageous • Experience in a high-growth technology, logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS company is advantageous
