📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers across retail, cultivation, and production to identify and hire both non-exempt and exempt level roles. • Assist in rolling out standardized interview processes across multi-state retail dispensaries. • Open and post jobs to the careers page and external job boards, tracking candidate workflow in the ATS. • Source and screen applicants, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews with hiring teams. • Support Regional Managers and Retail Leadership with hiring needs for new store openings. • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience. • Manage the offer process and pre-employment steps in coordination with the Licensing Specialist and HR Operations. • Partner with HR team members to share best practices, cross-train, and support one another. • Perform other duties as assigned to support HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred. • 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a retail or production environment. • Experience recruiting across a multi-location organization and proven success in a high-volume environment. • Current knowledge on recruitment methods and processes with expertise using social media tools, sponsored ads, job boards, and industry networking events. • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred). • Ability to successfully partner with hiring managers, working with various levels within the organization. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing appropriately to support the business. • Clear communicator, in both verbal and written interactions. • Ability to identify new sourcing strategies, and enthusiasm for trying new things. • A self-starter, who is proactive and willing to jump into any task. • This role requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
