📋 Description

• Source anesthesia professionals using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting methods • Screen candidates through CV reviews and phone interviews • Develop and execute marketing and branding initiatives • Negotiate contract terms with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates, including compensation, benefits, and work schedules • Facilitate contract amendments and resolve contract-related issues or discrepancies • Advocate and act as liaison between clients and candidates • Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities • Facilitate placement from initial contact through job offer negotiation • Guide candidates through onboarding and ensure paperwork and credentials are completed timely • Monitor anesthesia staffing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities • Analyze market data to identify business development and growth opportunities • Ensure regulatory and company-policy compliance • Maintain accurate candidate records • Assist in constructing and distributing reports for Operations and Clinical Leadership Teams

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • Previous experience in clinical recruiting, preferably in anesthesia specialty • Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases (CRM), and other recruitment tools • Experience with Bullhorn, Doc Café, and social media sourcing is ideal • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
