📋 Description

• Configure and unit test Workday requirements • Identify process improvements and develop medium- to high-complexity reports • Deploy and/or support Workday HCM and/or Financials applications throughout the project lifecycle • Implement and integrate solutions for clients across planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Execute project tasks on time and within Strada quality standards • Specialize and deepen expertise in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, or Financials • Create work estimates for smaller bodies of work • Build relationships with project team members, management, and external clients • Provide consultative advice and recommendations based on best practices • Lead client discussions on basic scope and solutions • Direct and review deliverables from less experienced colleagues • Participate in or project manage internal initiatives affecting the domain or consulting methodology • For AMS, lead low- to medium-complexity requirements discussions and participate in high-complexity requirements processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline • 2–3 years of relevant work experience related to Workday or comparable technologies • 2–3 years of experience developing Workday Integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Reports, and Orchestrations • Demonstrated initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas • Experience implementing or supporting Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, other SaaS-based applications, or similar preferred • Previous development experience and understanding of development lifecycle phases preferred • Familiarity or prior work experience with object-oriented programming, APIs, XML rendering, XSLTs, and web services • Ability to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a dynamic environment • Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction • Current Workday Integrations certification required; Workday Studio Certification preferred • If not already certified, successful completion of appropriate Workday certification(s) is required • Must have current and future work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship • Up to 25% travel
