📋 Description
• Assist customers with their Stratasys printers • Perform installations, general maintenance, upgrades, and preventative maintenance • Provide customer training • Build ongoing customer relationships as the face of Stratasys • Travel regularly to customer sites while working remotely • Perform an essential field service role for Stratasys
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year in a field service/representative role • 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience • Reliable personal vehicle (no motorcycles/bicycles) with space for tools and equipment • Candidates must live within 50 miles of Houston, TX • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites, with up to 70–80% daily travel • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire • Must complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
