📋 Description

• Run the division day-to-day across Contracts, Procurement/Sourcing, Certifications, and Risk & Compliance • Own the shared intake/ticketing queue, including triage, assignments, and service commitments • Manage and coordinate 1099 contractors, setting priorities, standards, and deadlines • Serve as the main point of contact and escalation point for requests • Keep clients and leadership informed • Run engagements from discovery through execution and close • Maintain current company and client certifications and accreditations • Ensure government-contract compliance obligations are met • Maintain policies and procedures • Run a governance-and-risk cadence across the desks • Identify matters requiring Legal support and engage Legal with appropriate context • Escalate material items to the President • Report queue health, turnaround, and risk to the President • Maintain an objective governance-and-risk review independent of day-to-day delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in compliance, contracts, procurement, or a related operations role • Ability to problem solve and think out of the box • Direct experience in government contracting, including federal and ideally SLED procurement and contract compliance • Proven people-management experience with employees and/or contractors, accountable for output and deadlines • Working knowledge of certifications and accreditations relevant to government contracting • Experience with MSA, SOW, teaming agreements, and NDAs • Experience with procurement/sourcing • Familiarity with governance, risk, and audit processes • Strong organization, follow-through, and judgment • Comfortable owning an intake queue and published service commitments • Excellent written and verbal communication • Credibility with clients and ability to serve as an escalation point • Sound judgment on when to escalate to Legal or leadership • Preferred: experience running a shared-services or ticketed intake model • Preferred: credentials such as CFCM/CPCM, CO/COR, or a compliance certification
